Hotel Reservations /Deposits:
The Hilton Wilmington Riverside is the official conference hotel for the 2012 Sister Cities Symposium: Connecting People & Ideas. From the US you can book your room by phone by calling 1-888-324-8170 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. For weekends or international reservations use the Hilton Worldwide reservation toll free number: 1-800-445-8667; or you can register on line at: www.wilmingtonhilton.com. The group code is: SCA and must be used when booking your room in order to obtain the special rate of $139.00 plus tax (double occupancy). You will need the code whether you make your reservation by phone or on line. This rate is for Sunday through Tuesday nights (April 15-17). If you are arriving early to enjoy the Azalea Festival activities or business reasons the rate on Friday or Saturday night will be $199.00 plus tax. The conference rates are only available through March 13, 2012. Rates and availability cannot be guaranteed if you book your room(s) after the cut-off date.
The Hilton does provide a complimentary Shuttle Service to and from the Wilmington International Airport from 6 am to 11 pm. Arrangements for pickup and return to the airport should be made with the Bell Stand prior to your arrival or departure. You can reach the Bell stand by calling the hotel main number: (910)763-5900. If you are arriving by car there is a $5.00 daily rate for use of the parking facilities and $9.00 for overnight guests.
